RealLoad Pty Ltd was founded by David Fischer and Michele (Mike) Lucini, combining decades of expertise in Performance testing, Monitoring, System integration, and Cloud computing.
David is the creator of Proxy Sniffer (later known as Apica Zebra Tester) and has spent more than 25 years building advanced performance engineering tools used by enterprise organizations worldwide. Mike brings deep experience in large-scale system integration and cloud infrastructure and helped pioneer the delivery of Proxy Sniffer as a pay-as-you-go service on AWS – one of the early cloud-based performance testing offerings in the market.
A bit later, Sreejith Sreenivasan joined as a strategic partner to shape and lead RealLoad’s product vision and technical direction. With more than 18 years of experience building high-performance software systems, including over a decade working with load testing and observability platforms – Sreejith plays a central role in driving RealLoad’s architecture, innovation strategy, and platform evolution.
Together, the founding team created RealLoad as a continuous validation platform that brings Performance testing, Regression testing, Synthetic monitoring, System Monitoring and Automated recovery workflows into one unified system.
After several years of development, the first General Availability version of the RealLoad platform was released in 2022 & onboarded the first customer in 2023 Q1. Since then, the platform has continued to evolve with advanced capabilities designed to support modern cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
The team behind RealLoad has delivered monitoring and performance validation solutions for global enterprise organizations, including major U.S. insurance providers, banking institutions, and media companies, supporting mission-critical systems that demand high reliability and continuous availability.
