Story & Team

RealLoad Pty Ltd was founded by David Fischer and Michele (Mike) Lucini, combining decades of expertise in Load Testing, Monitoring, System Integration, and Cloud Computing. David, the creator of Proxy Sniffer (now Apica Zebra Tester), has spent over 20 years innovating in the field. Mike, with deep experience in system integration and cloud infrastructure, collaborated with David to pioneer the delivery of Proxy Sniffer as a “pay as you go” service on AWS Cloud.

A bit later, Sreejith Sreenivasan,an experienced Technologist and longtime collaborator of David, came on board as a Strategic partner to shape and lead the company’s Product vision. With over 18 years of experience building high-performance software systems and more than a decade dedicated to Load Testing and Observability platforms, Sreejith plays a pivotal role in steering RealLoad’s technical roadmap, innovation, and overall product direction.

Consequently, RealLoad has introduced a groundbreaking platform for Performance testing, Synthetic monitoring & System Monitoring. Following years of development, the first General Availability release of the RealLoad platform was launched in 2022. RealLoad’s journey of innovation continues with a range of exciting features that will set it apart in the realm of Digital Experience Monitoring and Performance Testing.

The team has a strong track record with Enterprise and Cloud clients globally, including major U.S. insurance companies, banks, and media corporations, delivering reliable monitoring and testing solutions that meet the complex needs of these sectors.
